I'm an army veteran, martial artist, surfer, Licensed Psychotherapist (LMFT), and Hypnotherapist.

Years of navigating pressure, intensity, and transition have shaped how I understand stress, resilience, and growth. My work is grounded, direct, and trauma-informed, integrating Internal Family Systems to help clients reconnect with their inner clarity, compassion, and self-leadership. This is practical, focused work centered on awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change that carries into everyday life.

Licensed Psychotherapy (LMFT)
Clinical, trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, burnout, and life transitions. This work integrates Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches to support emotional regulation, deeper self-understanding, and sustainable psychological growth.
Hypnotherapy
Focused subconscious work for performance, habit change, and internal shifts. An experiential approach designed to strengthen confidence, reduce reactivity, build discipline, and access deeper states of steadiness and flow.

Sessions are offered via secure telehealth, allowing you to attend from your own space while maintaining consistency and privacy.

Insurance is accepted for psychotherapy services. Coverage and eligibility vary by plan, and details can be clarified prior to scheduling to ensure transparency and fit.

Currently accepting new clients. Initial consultations are available to explore fit and determine next steps without pressure.
