Nick Badis

I’m an Army veteran, Mixed Martial Artist, and Licensed Psychotherapist (LMFT) and Hypnotherapist (CCHT).

Years of operating under pressure — in the military, in training, and through injury and transition — have shaped how I understand stress, resilience, and change.
My work is direct, grounded, and trauma-informed. It focuses on helping you understand your internal system so your responses become intentional instead of automatic.
The focus is on real-world change — not just insight, but how you think, respond, and operate day to day.

Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing you to meet from your own space with consistency and privacy.

Accepts Insurance
Insurance is accepted for psychotherapy when applicable. Coverage can be clarified before scheduling.

Accepting new clients. Consultations are used to explore fit and determine next steps.
