All services are time-based and scheduled in advance. Session time is reserved specifically for you.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.
Fees and Adjustments

Fees may be adjusted periodically based on changes in practice, costs, or scope of services.

Existing clients will be given reasonable notice prior to any fee changes.

Sliding scale rates may be offered in certain circumstances and are determined collaboratively.

Sliding scale availability is limited and may be revisited over time based on need and availability.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged the full session fee.
Refunds

No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.
Packages

Unused sessions may be refundable at our discretion.

Completed sessions will be deducted at the standard session rate.
