YOU MIGHT BE HERE BECAUSE…
You know what to do — but your reactions don’t follow.
You’re thoughtful, capable, and self-aware — but your reactions don’t follow.
Under pressure, patterns take over. Anxiety rises. Your responses override intention.
You may want to:
-
Stay steady under pressure
-
Improve performance in work, sport, or leadership
-
Interrupt automatic reactions in real time
-
Perform without overthinking
-
Build reliable internal control
-
Respond intentionally instead of reacting
This isn’t a willpower issue.
These patterns run automatically — and effort alone doesn’t change them.

WHAT’S HAPPENING BENEATH THE SURFACE
These patterns aren’t signs of weakness. They’re learned responses.
Patterns like overdrive, emotional shutdown, self-criticism, or constant vigilance develop for a reason.
They helped you cope, perform, or stay in control.
But over time, they start running automatically — showing up even when they’re no longer useful.
Hypnotherapy works with these patterns where they actually operate — in real-time responses, not just conscious thought.
Instead of trying to think your way out of them, we change how your mind and body respond at the moment they activate.
MY APPROACH
Where This Work Comes From
My path into hypnosis didn’t start in a clinical setting.
It started under pressure — in training, competition, and military environments where losing control wasn’t an option.
I became focused on how the mind and nervous system respond in real time —
how to stay steady in chaos, manage pain without losing focus, and access performance without force.
Over time, I saw these same patterns everywhere — not just in sport or combat, but in anxiety, habits, identity, and daily life.
This work comes from learning how to change those responses directly — not just understand them.

How Sessions Work
What Sessions May Include:
-
Guided focus to access automatic responses
-
Trance states (not sleep, not unconsciousness)
-
Visualization to shift real-time reactions
-
Subconscious pattern interruption and rewiring
-
Building control under pressure
-
Self-hypnosis for use outside sessions
You remain aware and in control throughout the process.
What This Work Targets
This work focuses on patterns that don’t shift through insight alone.
-
Automatic stress and anxiety responses
-
Overthinking and internal pressure
-
Emotional reactivity and shutdown
-
Confidence under pressure
-
Habit loops and behavioral patterns
-
Performance blocks (work, sport, leadership)
-
Sleep disruption tied to mental overactivity
-
Identity-level shifts (how you see and respond to yourself)

What Hypnotherapy Feels Like
Most people expect hypnosis to feel like losing control.
It doesn’t.
-
Focused — not asleep
-
Aware — not out of control
-
Similar to deep concentration or flow
-
Able to respond, speak, and engage in real time
You’re not being “put under.” You’re directing your own responses.

WHO THIS WORK IS (AND ISN’T) FOR
This work is a strong fit if you:
-
Are open to internal, experiential work
-
Want change beyond insight or discussion
-
Are willing to engage consistently
-
Want tools you can apply outside sessions
-
Value depth over quick fixes
This may not be the right fit if you:
-
Want passive or purely talk-based sessions
-
Are looking for entertainment or “stage hypnosis”
-
Want change without active participation
-
Need immediate crisis stabilization or higher care
